With Michael Angelo’s made-to-order process, there is no back inventory of ingredients losing flavor and freshness in a warehouse. The high-quality ingredients we use to produce each customer’s order are not purchased until that particular order is received.

Each day, we make Sara’s famous sauces from scratch – by hand. We grind our meat, grate our cheese and boil our pasta to a perfect al dente. We hand-assemble each meal and inspect each final product. Then our Italian entrees and appetizers are packaged and shipped to your local market.
