In the farming area of southern Italy, you'll find the most flavorful vegetables, which was Mom's and my inspiration for our Vegetable Lasagna. The result - a delicious, full-flavor, Italian lasagna that remains true to a nutritious vegetarian lifestyle. It is made with seven crisp vegetables, a marinara sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, artisan-style Ricotta cheese, and topped with Mozzarella and imported Pecorino Romano cheeses. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR VEGETABLE LASAGNA:

Do Not Thaw. Keep Frozen Until Ready To Use. Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment. DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.

Microwave Oven:

Microwave cooking instructions based on 1100W appliance. For 1250W microwave reduce cooking time.
— Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
— Place on microwave safe plate.
— Leave lid on during cooking.
— Heat on HIGH for 13-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
— Use plate when removing product from microwave for support.
— IMPORTANT: Carefully remove tray, let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Conventional Oven:

— Oven must be preheated to 400°F.
— Place on microwave safe plate.
— Leave lid on during cooking.
— Place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements).
— Bake for 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
— Remove from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
— IMPORTANT: Carefully remove tray, let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
