It began as Sara cooked for
her parents and four brothers, as a child with a passion for learning
about meats and Italian sauces and
how to select the perfect herbs and spices.
Later in life, it continued
as she created authentic Italian meals for her own five boys
and worked in restaurants and supermarkets to
make ends meet.
Today, she and her son, Michael, share that love with
you. At Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods, Sara still hand selects
each ingredient, taking care that her personal recipes are created
for you with the
same pure and authentic goodness she serves her own family.
