I was expecting it to be like most instant meals: tasty and good, but not extraordinary. Well, your shrimp scampi was indeed extraordinary. I will definitely buy it again. It had a real homemade taste and texture. You are very generous with the shrimp, too. Most packaged frozen meals are a bit stingy with the shrimp.
