Back To School With Michael Angelo’s

With the start of the school year comes the stress of making sure you’re not late for your car pool shift, making sure the kids have everything ready for school, and getting out the door on time to make it to school before the first bell rings.  From when your day starts you are in “go mode”, from when you get up to when you put your kids to bed, so the last thing you want to worry about is what to either make yourself for lunch or your family for dinner. IMG_7773

When it comes to dinner it can be a battle of what to make, what do you have time to make, and what is something nutritious you can feed your family. Let us help take some time off your hands to spend more time with your family and enjoying the small moments.  Serve and enjoy our authentic Italian meals that are ready in no time. Let us take care of the cooking for you so you can feel good about what you’re serving your family and have more time to spend with them later, because there’s no mess to clean up!

A customer of ours for 9 years shares her experience on how she handles being a working mom, raising a 5 year old daughter, and how Michael Angelo’s has helped give her more time back with her family as well as provide a meal solution for their busy everyday lives.

With working full time, getting my daughter to and from daycare, and then trying to fix a meal for my family it leaves me my husband and I very little time to ourselves. We are on a tight schedule to fit everything in to still have a moment to breathe. With our busy lives it barely leaves me time to figure out what to make my family for dinner because  I don’t always remember to thaw meat for dinner or plan out what I  need to get ready to cook when I  get home.

IMG_7788I feel like there is a lot of pressure to cook for my family and I see what other people post for what they are having for dinner and they look like they spent hours in the kitchen preparing a great meal for them.  There is a lot of pressure for being a good mom and providing so just even putting something in the oven makes me feel that I cooked. There is something about turning on the oven that makes you a cook and you feel that you made something and you are a good wife and a good mom.

Michael Angelo’s offers the convenience that I look for, but more importantly I know I am feeding my family something that isn’t filled with preservatives. Just because I don’t make something from scratch doesn’t mean I want to curb my standards on what I will feed my family.

Eggplant Parmesan and Chicken Parmesan are my family’s favorites!  I never thought my daughter would like Eggplant, but once she tried it she really loved it. That is all in one for me because it has my vegetable and I don’t have to add in anything extra.  These meals have become a staple in our meal plans for the week because in the matter of minutes I can have a homemade meal that I feel good about serving to my family and that everybody in my house enjoys eating.
