We’re so particular, in fact, that we purchase complete sides of 100% premium and naturally raised meats and prepare them in-house, so we are assured of lean cuts with no trim, no hormones and no chemical additives. We slice, grind and cook our meats just before each meal is hand-assembled and shipped, preserving the savory aroma and taste that Michael Angelo’s is known for.

Michael Angelo’s Beef
Standard cuts of beef won’t do for Michael Angelo’s. We purchase whole sides of premium Grade A and naturally raised beef. We then trim and prepare it in-house so only the finest cuts of lean meat are used in our delicious entrees.

Michael Angelo’s Ground Beef
Michael Angelo’s purchases whole sides of Grade A and naturally raised beef. We trim them in house and grind it ourselves, so you can be assured of quality ground beef, without extra fat or gristle

Michael Angelo’s Chicken
Our chicken breasts and tenders also are 100% premium, taken from vegetarian-fed poultry and delivered fresh, not frozen, so they maintain their full flavor and texture.

Michael Angelo’s Shrimp
The shrimp Michael Angelo’s uses in our special entrees are fresh from the sea. Never processed, they contain no phosphates, no salt and no starch – they’re just naturally delicious.

Michael Angelo’s Italian Sausage
Our fresh Italian sausage is made in-house using the finest quality pork. We only use whole muscle meat – never trim. Then we grind it fresh to order and add hand-selected spices to create a moist and succulent Italian sausage you’ll adore.

Michael Angelo’s Pepperoni
There’s pepperoni, then there’s Michael Angelo’s pepperoni. Our pepperoni is made to our specifications, ensuring that it meets child nutritional guidelines. We never use trim, ends or pieces. Each sausage is freshly made from whole muscle and spiced according to Sara’s secret recipe.
