Michael Angelo’s
Key Ingredients
|
|
Sauces
Aromatic sauces are what the Italians are famous
for! And Michael Angelo’s
makes each of our famous sauces the way Sara makes them at home – with
fresh, never dehydrated, onions and garlic and hand-selected herbs
and spices. We use vine-ripen tomatoes grown to our specifications,
real butter and authentic Italian cheeses. That’s why each Michael
Angelo’s meal smells and tastes just like Italy.

| “Each of these sauces brings back special memories of my
childhood when my Grandmother Foti was teaching me her special
Italian recipes. I still make these sauces at home, and their aromas
bring back the memories of the wonderful afternoons I spent in
my grandmother’s kitchen.” – Sara |

Alfredo
Michael Angelo’s Alfredo sauce is made from
heavy cream, butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and Parmesan or Romano
cheese. |
Bolognese
Michael Angelo’s Bolognese sauce is
made from fresh, all-natural beef, ground on site and mixed with
our vine-ripened tomato sauce infused with fresh oregano, basil and
other herbs and spices. An absolute delight! |
Lemon-butter
Michael Angelo’s lemon-butter sauce is made
with real creamery butter and fresh, not concentrated, lemon juice.
We add just the right amount of fresh herbs and spices, and viola! |
Lemon-garlic
Made with real creamery butter and fresh minced garlic,
Michael Angelo’s
lemon-garlic sauce fills your kitchen with an aroma that says real
Italian cooking. |
Marsala
This Michael Angelo’s sauce begins with the
famed wine produced in Marsala, Sicily. We add fresh minced onion then
add the finest fresh mushrooms and herbs to create the perfect sauce
for our special dishes. |
Pomodoro
This light sauce uses Michael Angelo’s vine-ripened
tomatoes and minced garlic. Like all our sauces, our Pomodoro is made
on-site to order, so its fresh taste comes through when it reaches your
home. |
Puttanesca
This spicy mélange of vine-ripened tomatoes, onions, capers,
garlic and fresh herbs are cooked with real Italian olive oil. Served
over fresh, naturally naised shrimp in Michael Angelo’s Mediterranean
Shrimp entrée, this is about as good as life gets. |
