Baked Eggplant Parmesan*

Our signature dish! We use a special variety of farm-fresh eggplant that is specially grown for us. We slice it, bread it and bake it to perfection before layering it with all natural mozzarella and a traditional sauce made from perfectly vine-ripened tomatoes, olive oil and Italian spices. We top off this masterpiece with flavorful imported Pecorino Romano and Parmesan.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
TIME:
4-5 minutes
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Place on microwave-safe plate.
Place in microwave with film on tray.
1100W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 4 minutes.
1250W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 5 minutes.
CAREFULLY remove film.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F

Conventional Oven
TIME:
30 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements).
Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support).
CAREFULLY remove film.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F
