Four Cheese Lasagna*

An old family recipe featuring four Italian cheeses - mozzarella, ricotta imported Pecorino Romano and Parmesan. We add our delicious sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, Italian spices and imported Italian olive oil and layer it all between sheets of our firm durum semolina lasagna pasta.

Size - 11oz. Size - 39oz.

Cooking Instructions

11 oz Single Serve - Microwave
TIME:
4 1/2 - 5 minutes
Remove entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of the lid.
Lift one corner of the lid.
Place on microwave-safe plate and place in microwave.
1100W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 4.5 minutes.
1250W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove lid, let stand for 1 minute.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.

11 oz Single Serve - Conventional Oven
TIME:
35 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of lid.
Place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements).
Bake 35 minutes or until hot.
Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support).
CAREFULLY remove film.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.

38 oz Family Size - Microwave
Time:
15 - 16 minutes
Remove entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of the lid.
Place on microwave-safe plate and place in microwave.
1100W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 7 minutes.
With power level at 70%, cook additional 9 minutes.
1250W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 5 minutes.
With power level at 50%. Cook additional 10 minutes.
Carefully remove lid, let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.

38 oz Family Size - Conventional Oven
TIME:
50 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of lid.
Place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements).
Leave lid on during cooking.
Bake 40 minutes.
CAREFULLY remove lid and bake remaining 10 minutes to brown cheese.
Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support).
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.
