Eggplant Parmesan*

One of our family's favorites - we're confident you will find our signature dish better than your favorite restaurant's version. We start with our specially grown variety of farm-fresh eggplant. We then add layers of premium mozzarella, our traditional tomato sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, imported olive oil and Italian spices and top it off with a blend of imported Romano and Parmesan.

Cooking Instructions

Do Not Thaw. Keep Frozen Until Ready To Use. Due to variations in ALL ovens, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment.

11 oz Single Serve - Microwave
TIME:
4 minutes
Remove entrée from carton, lift one corner of the lid, lift one corner of the lid, place on microwave-safe plate
and place in microwave.
1100W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 4 minutes.
1250W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 4 minutes.
Carefully remove lid, let stand for 1 minute.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.

11 oz Single Serve - Conventional Oven
TIME:
35 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove entrée from carton
Lift one corner of lid and place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements).
Bake 35 minutes or until hot.
Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support).
CAREFULLY remove film.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.

36 oz Family Size - Microwave
TIME:
15 - 18 minutes
Remove entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of the lid.
Place on microwave-safe plate and place in microwave.
1100W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 15 minutes.
1250W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 8 minutes.
With power level at 60%. Cook additional 10 minutes.
Carefully remove lid, let stand for 5 minutes.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.

36 oz Family Size - Conventional Oven
TIME:
60 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of lid.
Place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements).
Leave lid on during cooking.
Bake 50 minutes.
Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support).
CAREFULLY remove lid and bake remaining 10 minutes to brown cheese.
Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support).
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.
