Meat Lasagna
One of our original family recipes! We sauté our freshly ground beef (no trim!) with fresh garlic and onions, add our specially grown tomatoes and a blend of Italian spices to create our delicious meat sauce. We then layer our firm lasagna pasta with the sauce, premium ricotta and mozzarella and top it off with imported Pecorino Romano.

Cooking Instructions
11 oz Single Serve - Microwave
TIME: 4-4.5 minutes
Remove entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of the lid.
Place on microwave-safe plate
and place in microwave.
1100W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 4 minutes.
1250W:
Power level at 80%. Cook for 4.5 minutes.
Carefully remove lid, let stand for 1 minute.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.
11 oz Single Serve - Conventional Oven
TIME: 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of lid.
Place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements).
Bake 35 minutes or until hot.
Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support).
CAREFULLY remove film.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.
39 oz Family Size - Microwave
TIME: 15 - 20 minutes
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Place on microwave safe plate.
Leave lid on during cooking.
Heat on HIGH for 15-20 minutes.
Rotate once during heating.
Internal temperature of product should be 140°F when done.
Use plate when removing product from oven for support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
39 oz Family Size - Conventional Oven
TIME: 50-60 minutes
Oven must be preheated to 375° F.
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Leave lid on during cooking.
Place product on cookie sheet on center rack (at least 6"-8" from
heating elements.)
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until hot.
Internal temperature of product should be 140°F when done.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
80oz Party Size - Conventional Oven
TIME: 95-105 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove tray from box.
To prevent cheese from sticking to lid while cooking, remove aluminum lid and push center up to form a tent. Place back on tray. Be sure to bend lid around edges of tray.
Place frozen tray on cookie sheet in oven on center rack
Bake at 400°F for 85-95 minutes or until hot.
CAREFULLY remove lid and bake remaining 10 minutes to brown cheese.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet (for added support).
Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS.
DO NOT REFREEZE.
80oz Party Size - Convection Oven
TIME: 60-70 minutes
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove tray from box.
To prevent cheese from sticking to lid while cooking, remove aluminum lid and push center up to form a tent. Place back on tray. Be sure to bend lid around edges of tray.
Place frozen tray on cookie sheet in oven on center rack
Bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes or until hot.

Cutting Instructions
Cut lasagna into 2 x 2 inch squares with kitchen shears/knife to insure proper
sample size.
Make sure each sample includes all layers of the lasagna!
Do not stir lasagna.
DO NOT THAW. Keep frozen until ready to use.
Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times and/or temperature
may require adjustment. Caution when removing aluminum lid: Edges
may be sharp. DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS. DO NOT REFREEZE UNLESS
FULLY COOKED.
