Lasagna with Meat Sauce
Our delicious meat sauce is made with freshly ground, premium Grade A beef sautéed with fresh garlic and onions. We add our specially grown tomatoes and a blend of fine Italian spices, then layer them with our premium ricotta and mozzarella between sheets of 100% durum semolina lasagna pasta, topped off with imported Pecorino Romano.

Cooking Instructions
12 oz Single Serve - Microwave
TIME: 5-7 minutes
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Cut a slit in center of film.
Place on microwave safe plate.
Heat on HIGH for 5-7 minutes.
Rotate entrée once during heating. Remove from microwave on plate
for added support.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Carefully remove film.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly
to 160°F.
12 oz Single Serve - Conventional Oven
TIME: 35-40 minutes
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Cut a slit in center of film.
Place tray on cookie sheet in oven on center of oven rack.
Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes or until hot.
Remove from oven on cookie sheet for added support. Let stand for 1 minutes before serving Carefully remove film. Product MUST BE cooked throughly to 160°F.
39 oz Family Size - Microwave
TIME: 15 - 20 minutes
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Place on microwave safe plate.
Leave lid on during cooking.
Heat on HIGH for 15-20 minutes.
Rotate once during heating.
Internal temperature of product should be 140°F when done.
Use plate when removing product from oven for support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
39 oz Family Size - Conventional Oven
TIME: 50-60 minutes
Oven must be preheated to 375° F.
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Leave lid on during cooking.
Place product on cookie sheet on center rack (at least 6"-8" from
heating elements.)
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until hot.
Internal temperature of product should be 140°F when done.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
88oz Party Size - Conventional Oven
TIME: 105-115 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove tray from box.
To prevent cheese from sticking to lid while cooking, remove aluminum lid and
push center up to form a tent. Place back on tray. Be sure to bend lid around
edges of tray.
Place frozen tray on cookie sheet in oven on center rack.
Bake at 400°F for 90-100 minutes or until hot.
Internal temperature of product should be 140°F when done.
Carefully remove lid, bake remain 15 minutes to brown cheese.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
88oz Party Size - Convection Oven
TIME: 75-85 minutes
Preheat oven to 325°F
Remove tray from box.
To prevent cheese from sticking to lid while cooking, remove aluminum lid and
push center up to from a tent. Place back on tray, be sure to bend lid around
edges of tray.
Place frozen tray on cookie sheet in oven on center rack.
Bake a 325°F for 60-70 minutes or until hot.
Internal temperature of product should be 140°F when done.
Carefully remove lid, bake remaining 15 minutes to brown cheese.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Cutting Instructions
Cut lasagna into 2 x 2 inch squares with kitchen shears/knife to insure proper
sample size.
Make sure each sample includes all layers of the lasagna!
Do not stir lasagna.
DO NOT THAW. Keep frozen until ready to use.
Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times and/or temperature
may require adjustment. Caution when removing aluminum lid: Edges
may be sharp. DO NOT COOK IN TOASTER OVENS. DO NOT REFREEZE UNLESS
FULLY COOKED.
