A family favorite and our signature dish! We start with our
specially grown variety of farm-fresh eggplant that is delivered
to us daily. We add layers of premium mozzarella, our traditional
tomato sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, imported olive
oil and Italian spices and top it off with a blend of imported
Romano and Parmesan.

Cooking Instructions
2/36 oz - Microwave
TIME: 15 - 20 minutes
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Place on microwave safe plate.
Leave lid on during cooking.
Heat on HIGH for 15-20 minutes.
Rotate once during heating.
Use plate when removing product from oven for support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
2/36 oz - Conventional Oven
TIME: 50 - 60 minutes
Oven must be preheated to 375° F.
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Leave lid on during cooking.
Place product on cookie sheet on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating
elements.)
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until hot.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
3/24 oz - Microwave
TIME: 10 - 11 Minutes(1000W)
8 - 9 Minutes(1200W)
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Place on a microwave safe plate.
Heat on HIGH for 5 minutes.
REMOVE film from tray.
Heat on HIGH for additional (5-6)/(3-4) minutes.
Use plate when removing product from oven for support.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.

TIME: 45 - 50 minutes
Oven must be PREHEATED to 400°F.
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Place tray on cookie sheet on center rack (at least 6'-8' from
heating elements).
Bake at 400°F for 45 - 50 minutes or until hot.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Carefully remove film.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Product MUST BE Cooked Thoroughly to 160°F.
