Vegetable Lasagna*

Sara created this delicious recipe for her brother - the vegetarian in the family! Our blend of 7 crisp vegetables is enhanced by our flavorful marinara sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh garlic, honey and imported Italian olive oil. We then add low-fat ricotta, mozzarella and Pecorino Romano between layers of our firm lasagna pasta.

Size - 2/40 oz. Size - 2/24 oz.

Cooking Instructions

2/40oz - Microwave
TIME:
15-20 minutes
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Place on microwave safe plate.
Leave on lid during cooking.
Heat on HIGH for 15-20 minutes.
Rotate once during heating.
Use plate when removing product from oven for support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

2/40oz - Conventional Oven
TIME:
50 - 60 minutes
Oven must be preheated to 375°F.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Leave lid on during cooking.
Place product on cooking sheet on center rack (at least 6" - 8" from heating elements.)
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until hot.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

2/24oz - Microwave
TIME:
7-10 minutes
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Lift one corner of lid and place in microwave, place on microwave-safe plate and heat with film cover on tray.
1100W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 5 minutes.
With power level at 70%, cook for an additional 4 minutes.
1250W:
Power level at 100%. Cook for 4 minutes.
With power level at 50%, cook for an additional 8 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

2/24oz - Conventional Oven
TIME:
40 minutes
Remove frozen entrée from carton.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Place product on cookie sheet on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements) and leave film on during cooking.
Bake for 40 minutes. Internal temperature must reach 160°F measured by the use of a thermometer.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
