Vegetable Lasagna*

This delicious, low-calorie dish includes a blend of seven crisp vegetables: broccoli, spinach, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, yellow squash, and zucchini. Our flavorful marinara sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh garlic, honey and imported Italian olive oil enhances this colorful blend. We then add low-fat ricotta, mozzarella and Pecorino Romano between layers of our al dente lasagna pasta for a wholesome meal full of flavor.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
TIME:
15-20 minutes
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Place on microwave safe plate.
Leave on lid during cooking.
Heat on HIGH for 15-20 minutes.
Rotate once during heating.
Use plate when removing product from oven for support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Conventional Oven
TIME:
50 - 60 minutes
Oven must be preheated to 375°F.
Pull back corner of lid to release moisture.
Leave lid on during cooking.
Place product on cooking sheet on center rack (at least 6" - 8" from heating elements.)
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until hot.
Remove product from oven on cookie sheet for added support.
Carefully remove lid.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
